Element Construction partnered with the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation & Attractions to deliver a free standing Pavillion and accessible toilet block as part of the Yalbunullup Urban Mountain Bike Trail project, a purpose-built recreational facility designed for riders of all skill levels. The result is a durable, low-maintenance facility that enriches the community’s recreational opportunities while respecting the culturally sensitive area and natural landscape.
