City Beach Vet

The redevelopment of City Beach Veterinarians on Scarborough Beach Road showcases the Element Group’s expertise in delivering technically complex, design-driven commercial builds. The project involved transforming a residential dwelling into a contemporary, fully equipped veterinary facility that meets the growing operational and clinical needs of a modern veterinary practice.

Working closely with the client Element managed every stage of the Design and Build — from early planning and shire liaison, through to final fit-out — ensuring the project achieved the right balance between functionality, hygiene, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The new facility includes advanced surgical suites, radiology and laboratory areas, isolation zones, and client reception spaces designed for comfort and efficiency.
