Adam brings over 30 years of experience in the construction and building industry, having started his career as a qualified carpenter. As Element Construction WA’s Registered Builder (BP14101), Adam plays a central role in overseeing all projects to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

In his leadership capacity, Adam manages, motivates, and guides internal supervisors, schedulers, and team leads to deliver on key client contract objectives. His focus is on fostering strong client relationships and driving exceptional service. Adam also plays a key role in shaping the strategic direction of the team while ensuring the achievement of sales and gross profit targets for the business.
