Ben McArthur
Director/General Manager
Ben is the Co-owner and Director of Element Construction WA and established the Company in 2010 with his brother Adam. Ben’s focus within the company is on day-to-day management, business development, contract administration, client liaison and HR. Ben has 18 years experience in the building industry, which includes roles in management, business development and sales.
Adam McArthur
Director/Construction Manager
Adam is the Co-owner of Element Construction WA alongside his brother Ben. Day to day, Adam coordinates and oversees the building operations in the office and onsite. Most of his time is spent pricing new works, meeting and discussing jobs with clients (new and existing), overseeing jobs in progress and ensuring the high standards we set for ourselves are reflected in everything we do.
Christine Chapman
Accounts Manager
Christine is the Accounts Manager and looks after the processing of payments, working with budgets, liaising with suppliers and tradesman, implementing MYOB procedures, wages and general admin duties.
Ryan Barnes
Supervisor
Ryan is our Building Supervisor and a carpenter by trade, mixing his days with on the tools work, day to day running of the jobs and office work keeps his job varied and interesting.
